Before we go on to countries beginning with D, just a quick look at one of the hardest and controversial points of collecting banknotes - Grading.
Grading is a system of evaluating the state of a particular note. there are many systems and all are very subjective but the most system has 10 grades between UNC ( uncirculated ) and P (poor ) you can see details here .
I find it very confusing but as i'm not a banknote dealer, I use a much simpler but not very useful system , banknotes are either uncirculated or not. I do rely on others judgement when buying notes so i think you need to know the system.
