DENMARK

The Kingdom of Denmark is a constitutional monarchy at the mouth of the Baltic sea with Copenhagen as its capital. Denmark joined NATO in 1949 and the EU in 1973 but has opted out of the Euro. Denmark's currency is also valid in the Faroe islands and in Greenland.
