CROATIA








The Republic of Croatia ( Hrvatska ) , with its capital Zagreb, was once part of the Austro-Hungarian empire and then is 1929 became a constituent part of Yugoslavia which, under Marshal Tito became a communist state until independence in 1991.

Monetary Units

1 Dinar = 100 para (1945 - 1994 )
1Kuna = 100 Lipa (1994- onward)

The Notes above are a part set of  the 1991 issue with Ruđer Bošković, a scientist and poet. 1,5,10,100, 50,000, 100,000 dinara notes. All the notes here have on the reverse,  a picture of Zegreb Cathederal, shown below.
