BOLIVIA

The Republic of Bolivia is a landlocked, south American country with La Paz as its capital city. it has gone through a few sets of monetary notes, usually due to coups or counter-coups.

Bolivianos up to 1945
Bolivars 1945-62
Peso Boliviano 1962-87
Boliviano 1987 onwards

The 4 Notes above are from the 1981-1984 issue  and sport the pictures of
Eduardo Avaroa (500 Peso Boliviano 1981)
Juana Azurduy de Padilla (1000 Peso Boliviano 1982)
J Ballivian y Segurola (5000 Peso Boliviano 1984)
Andres de Santa Cruz (10,000 Peso Boliviano 1984)

Going back to an earlier issue 1962, above we have 3 notes the pictures this time are:

Simon Bolivar (100 Peso Boliviano)
Antonio Jose de Sucre (50 Peso Boliviano)
German Busch Becerra  ( 10 Peso Boliviano )

This one is from 1928 and has Simon Bolivar on the front. there seems to have been 2 issues of the 1 Boliviano in 1928 with two different designs but both having Simon Bolivar on them
