The Notes above are the 200 and 100 Baisa notes from the 1987 - 94 issue. The purple 200 Baisa note has Sultan Qaboos bin Sa'id on the front and the fort at Rustaq on the reverse. The 100 Baisa note has the Sultan on the front again but the reverse is the Port of Sultan Qaboos .

These notes are from the 1995 issue (AH1416) and are the 200 and 100 Baisa notes. The 200 Baisa note has the Sultan and Salalah airport on the front and the marine sciences and fisheries building on the reverse. the 100 Baisa note again has the Sultan and the irrigation system on the front (which is on the UNESCO world heritage list) and on the reverse we have a Verreaux's Eagle and a white Oryx. (white Oryx are thought to have inspiration for the Unicorn legend)
