NAGORNO KARABAKH REPUBLIC

The Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR)  is a de facto independent country, that is, it has not been recognised by the UN as a country. NKR closely dependent on Armenia for support  and uses Armenian currency (Dram). formerly part of the USSR , The NKR grew out of a conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan after the fall of soviet Russia.

At first I thought that this note was a reproduction or fake - the paper it's printed on is very shiny and feels wrong but I've be told that it is genuine. However the fact that the watermark has "printed by OSD" - I googled OSD and only got "on screen display" - so I still think this is wrong as i cant find it in any reference books.
However if it was real it would be a 10 Dram note from 2004. Any info would be helpful !!
