LEBANESE LIVRE OR POUND ?
This is the 1000 Livres from Lebanon. I cant see a date on it (but my Arabic is very rusty) but I think it is from an issue after 2006, possibly 2011 or 2012. I spent a bit of time trying to work out the Arabic numbers in the serial number, which is on the top left and then realised that there was a copy of it on he lower right in roman numerals. You can find out about the features of Lebanese notes at the website of the Banque Du Liban .
Although it is named in Lebanese Livres it is called still called the Lebanese pound.
