This is a huge note from Italy - 19cm x 12 cm ( 7 1/2 in x 4 3/4 in in old money) and was issued right in the middle of world war II . It is the 100 lire from 1942/1943. The pictures are there to represent different things. the front has knowledge (woman) and Justice (man) and the reverse has a woman representing science
