The middle note is the 50 Ngultrum note from the 2003 series. This one has Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk, the present king of Bhutan, he took over from his father (above) in 2006 . The reverse has Trongsa Dzong fortress on it.
the bottom note as a very young looking, Jigme Singme Wangchuk on the front and the Panakha Dzong on the reverse. It is a 20 Ngultrum note from the 2013 issue.
Dzong's Are an architectural style of building common to Bhutan and Tibet. They serve as monasteries, fortresses, administrative centres and palaces all in one.
this note above is a slightly more rare one as its a 2 Ngultrum note which only had 2 issues in 1981 and 1986 neither had a date written on them so it took a while to figure out the difference. This one is from 1986 as it has its serial number at the lower left hand side and the upper right hand side, whereas, the 1981 issue has them both on the upper side of the note - left and right.
it has the royal emblem with dragons flanking it, on the front and the reverse has the Simtokhan Dzong on the reverse.
