IRANIAN NOTE FROM THE PERIOD OF THE SHAH



This is a 100 rials note from pre revolutionary Iran featuring the Shah on the front. The Shah , in this case, is Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, who was deposed in the Iranian revolution of 1979. This Note has no date but was issued between 1969 and 1971. the reverse has the oil refinery at Abadan.

SOUTH SUDAN 50 POUNDS



This is the 50 Pound note from the world's newest country, South Sudan.  as with all this set of notes it has John Garang on the front but with elephants on the reverse

ALBANIAN 50 LEV



This is a note from communist Albania dated at 1978, it is the 50 Lev. The front has soldiers on parade and a portrait of Gjergj Kastrioti who was known as Skanderbeg. He was a military leader that led the rebellion against the Ottoman Empire and was one of the first leaders that united the peoples of the area into what was to become the Albania of today. The reverse has a picture of a construction site building a block of flats.
